Print your School Yearbook

You supply the press-ready file & we will print & deliver

So you already have the creative flair and expertise to create your own yearbook? Great – all we need to do for you is print it! We will make sure to take the same care and attention printing your book as you did creating it.

Let us know how many pages and books you require, and we will determine a solution based on your individual printing requirements to ensure you the best cost and quality. If you are unsure of your printing needs, we will happily talk you through your options! YOLO will suggest the best binding method for your yearbook, and what types of paper stock are most suitable.

We will also check your file to ensure that it is ‘print ready’. YOLO will advise you on areas that require touch-ups and will supply you with a hard copy proof. This way, you can get an idea of what the finished book will look like so that you won’t be disappointed come print time! For printing that does not skimp on quality, precision, or value, trust our ‘Print Me’ service.

Main stages of Yearbook Printing

01 Supply your press-ready PDF

Export your press-ready PDF in accordance with our specifications. Send your PDF to YOLO and begin the rest of the printing process!

02 Pre-press checks

We will carry out our press checks and if all ok, the file is sent to the printer for proofing. You will receive a hard copy printer proof to check that all is as it should be.

03 Delivery

Once printer proofs have been approved, printing will commence. The books are bound (either PUR or saddle) and delivered to your school or mail house.

Printing FAQ

  • There are no hidden costs with YOLO and we will make sure to be as transparent as possible throughout your project. You will receive a project estimate prior to commencing, and we will work hard to ensure you the best price for your publication.

  • When printing your yearbook, you will get the choice between PUR binding and saddle stitching – but what do these mean? PUR binding is where the pages and cover are glued together at the spine and the other three sides of the book are trimmed. PUR binding will give your yearbook a ‘square’ spine. Saddle stitching is a good option for thinner books. Folded sheets are gathered together and stapled down the spine.

Reach out to us if you don’t understand any printing terminology, and we will happily explain it to you so that you can make the right choice for your school.

  • At YOLO, we have organised printing for yearbooks, prospectuses, inserts, bookmarks, stickers, folders, trade banners, open day signage, and more. We can be of assistance no matter the project, so drop us a line!
